Where do the order details come from?
From Citrus-Lime Cloud POS, looked up at the moment the customer asks.
Does it show courier tracking?
No. It shows the status held in Cloud POS, such as Dispatched or Ready to collect, with the items and your shop’s phone number.
What if they don’t have their order number?
It tells them where to find it, or passes the chat to your team.
